Many people were on hand for Teletech’s announcement about their new facility in Lorain County.  Ted Kalo (right), President of the Board of Commissioners, recognized the collaborative effort made by many economic development entities to bring this project to fruition.

By week’s end, Teletech had received over 900 applications for the 460 available positions.
