R.E.A.L. Teams (Retention, Expansion, Attraction, Leadership) are being created to give each economic development project individualized attention.  Lorain County Growth Partnership members are recruited to make up the different teams.  Team members are able to keep up to date and communicate quickly with each other on any project issue through “threading” on the LCGP website.  Because of the sensitive nature of many economic development projects, each individual team has a password to protect the confidentiality of the client.

Depending on the individual project’s need, custom designed teams may include a representative from government, the private sector, organizations and jurisdictions.  The goal of any R.E.A.L. Team is create a seamless flow of assistance and support which will enable the project to come to fruition and the company to be successful.
